He can’t do it by himself.
People need to get properly organized and more organized.
Start here: https://precinctstrategy.com/ and attend your county GOP meeting especially in blue areas.
Yea, just because most are un-filled and not contested doesn’t mean all of them are and they can be contested if necessary!
Thank you for stickying this again.
It might seem repetitive but I think we need constant reminders.
Congress will never get anything substantial out of the executive branch bureaucracy until they start threatening to drastically cut funding to whichever agency is withholding information at the moment.
Then they have to follow through, at least halfway, to prove they aren’t bluffing.
Unfortunately the entirety of Congress is cucked by the DC mafia so they’ll never get anything in the executive branch under control.
If they are exempt then we are exempt.
Greed to sell vaccines before more people realize that they don’t work well and are higher risk than Covid, especially in the long term.
It’s going to end up something like this https://thenaturalfarmer.org/article/a-short-history-of-glyphosate/
This is why the “muh trust the science” people are slogan-repeating NPC idiots. Science is not a magic oracle that magically provides all the perfect answers immediately.
Notice it took 10 years for the EPA to determine this was a carcinogen. Even then Monsanto’s “PR” operation was working hard to contradict this.
Yea the downvote retards can suck my dick. I’m not sticking things up without permission at the local gas station where I talk to the owner every week.
Then the company is “branch covidian” due to conflicts of interest.
Who said this couldn’t happen?
The tweet is using unclear language. By “private company” the guy probably intended to mean a private company with no government contracts. There’s no OSHA ETS yet but compliance consultants are saying stuff like this https://www.jdsupra.com/legalnews/osha-vaccine-mandate-standard-expected-7394359/
So it’s not a lie to say “no executive order for private companies”, it’s just misleading as to the complexity of the situation. Private companies can’t just be executive ordered to do stuff, so the closest you get is something telling OSHA to make an ETS which may not be legally possible.
So what it amounts to is: 1) no executive order for private companies with no government contracts because this isn’t legally possible to do directly, 2) an attempt at an “indirect” executive order telling OSHA to make an ETS which they haven’t done yet 3) OSHA ETS “looming large on the horizon” even though it may be impossible to enforce that legally 4) compliance consultants who are not actually general business risk analysis telling companies to just assume the ETS exists and so rush to suck OSHA cock immediately without preparing to challenge.
So 1) executive order doesn’t exist for non-govt-contract private companies because that’s impossible 2) executive order ordering OSHA ETS which hasn’t even been done yet much less survived legal challenges 3) OSHA ETS likely illegal due to lack of “grave danger”.
In summary, nothing exists yet for private companies >100 employees with no government contracts, just the threat “looming large” but likely illegal due to lack of “grave danger”.
Businesses have to weigh more than one risk. In this case, the risk of being targeted by government has to be compared with other business risks such as losing half of your employees and not being able to replace them, risk of religious/disability discrimination or injury lawsuits from employees, etc. The employee side of the risk is stupidly not being taken into account by some idiot companies who just rush to suck Biden’s dick at the first sign of trouble without considering the risks involved in doing so with no official rules in place yet and no court ruling on their legality.
So not a lie but misleading in its oversimplification.
That depends on the company.
What you’re saying is still technically true for any company > 100 employees with no federal contracts.
But other employers are getting this compliance advice https://www.jdsupra.com/legalnews/osha-vaccine-mandate-standard-expected-7394359/
They’re confused by the OSHA thing. But this provides some idea what advice employers are getting https://www.jdsupra.com/legalnews/osha-vaccine-mandate-standard-expected-7394359/
Anyone can read it. The legality and applicability of it won’t be known until there are court challenges. I mean you do have some idea how the legal system works?
Yea I mean this is why I wouldn’t do this to the local gas station owner unless he said it was OK or something. I mean it’s his place so…..
He seem to try to keep the place free of political stuff to avoid customer trouble so I doubt he’d go along with posting anything political. And if anyone puts anything up he’ll just get one of the employees to take it down or scratch it off with a razor blade.
I think it’s more useful to post flyers and such on public property, especially where it’s allowed.
Yea that’s the thing. Smart companies will just be rubber stamping religious exemptions no questions asked. Medical exemptions are more of a problem for them because I think they’re required to identify a “disability” so they can “accommodate” it properly and they have to do more paperwork.
There is no reason for a company to go on a “science” jihad against religious exemptions unless they’re just branch covidians.
Have you asked HR if the employer’s Employer’s Liability insurance covers injuries due to forced vaccines?
I know one person reports getting an exception after asking HR to send a letter to their employment injury attorney accepting all liability for vaccine injuries due to the vaccine being forced on them over their explicit objection.
They ought to at least be told 1) this is your choice, not mine, because I explicitly object and 2) because it’s your choice you’re responsible for any harm caused by your choice the same as you would be with any choice you made about the work environment. And its reasonable to get this in writing. Sending them this from a lawyer by certified mail may also help if they refuse to acknowledge in writing.
Look for local community legal assistance organizations too if necessary.
This would be the smart company thing to do. That is, not cuck out completely, not rush to suck Biden’s dick, and not try to follow some “law” or “regulation” that you think might exist one day but currently doesn’t.
So you challenged it in court already and know exactly how it applies?
This is why they keep “having meetings”. They can’t actually mandate anything given their legal restrictions so they know anything they write up will get demolished immediately.
So they’re just going to keep having jack-off meetings spinning their wheels to make it look like they’re doing what Biden asked them to even though it’s something they’re not capable of doing.
Thanks for actually doing the research.
Yep, it’s called fascism….. something the “anti-fascists” never bothered to learn about.
Employers are cucks. Every employee needs to keep asking HR if their Employer’s Liability insurance covers injuries caused by mandated vaccination.
Totalitarianism taking advantage of ignorance.
People are getting uncomfortable and things have started changing. The biggest problem right now is people need to know what the plan is and what to do other than just go on like usual and ignore everything until election time.
There are enough angry moms showing up at school board meetings that it’s frightening the DC bureaucrats to the point that the moms get declared “terrorists” so DC can try to sic the FBI on them, lol
This is a good sign because the moms aren’t terrorists, but the silly bureaucrat behavior means we’re over the target.
This is just the start though. If everyone who shows up at a school board meeting also starts going to the county GOP meetings then the GOP will be taken over rather quickly.
Like I say though, the main problem doesn’t seem to be unwillingness to do anything it’s not knowing what to do. So we need to spread the word on what the plan is to as many people as possible so they at least know what to do other than just do nothing and vote when an election comes around.
