I mean, if the movement was logical they would be targeting the politicians. The police enforce the laws that are written by the politicians. In atl with the drunk driver situation, if you are in your car, moving or stopped, with a BAL of .10, you are going to jail. This isn’t the cop’s decision, it’s the law.
