Their thought is it's a one stop shop for a firearm. Since it's classified as a non-firearm until you finish the lower, you don't need to run a back ground check. So their argument is that any felon or prohibited person can buy one over the internet and have it ship to their house.
Depends on the state. In PA, we only have to serialize it if it is being sold or transferred. The raid was for their completion kits. it came with everything you needed to finish the pistol, minus the drill and hand tools. As much as I hate the ATF, but I can see some logic in this. Bad people are going to do bad things. In the end, I don't get the need for serialization. Other than building a registry, its not needed.
There is no way Fitzpatrick is going to sign on. He never supported Trump and sided with Nancy on a lot of things. His emails are a joke and has a hard line tone about fighting democrats. The Bucks County GOP is a sham and act as gatekeepers to protect their cash cows.
That is a Yuge mall. You have Home Depot, Target, Best Buy, Dave and Busters, an Ice skating ring. A full sized Farris wheel, all under one roof. These aren't outlets, they are normal big box stores. AMC theaters, Barns and Nobel for a few others in there. If that video was taken recently, then there is no hope for that mall to survive.
Have you not heard him say to use the blaze to send chats. He has had a long standing issue with YT and will not allow them to control what he posts. If you have been watching him for the past few years you would know this.
The Texas suit is a stronger case in the long run. If Texas didn't file, then the Pennsylvania suit probably would have gone through and could have failed in trial. Take a little time and read some of the comments on the page. Many other peds have detailed the Texas suit.
For sending sex tapes of her and her boyfriend to his ex-wife, she lied about it to the cops and eventually confessed to it. I'm not going to pass judgement on her, but you don't do stupid shit like that and think you can hide on line. IP's are very traceable. Helped me identify a guy that my ex-wife was cheating on me with.
Fucking Wolf is sitting there all proud showing no emotion. Asshole allowed his family cabinet manufacturing company to stay open during the first half of covid, he thought no one would know... The Gallows are to good for him. Drawn and Quartered would be better.
I see one flaw in this. Gov. Wolf would never agree to it even if more than half of the citizens in the state signed an petition, he would just chuckle and say no. They have send plenty bills to his desk that he veto as soon as it hit his desk.
The plan was to bring it to SCOTUS, why waste energy and show too much of your hand. This is a technical win for Rudy. If They went to trial at this level, Rudy would have won, but more wittiness would have been named and the left would have come down hard on them.
When the ATF came to "Buy Back" my three rifles, I told them I lost them in a boating accident while I was on the Delaware river near where I live. After they left my kids asked me if that was true. I told them no, I still have all 28 of them.
Moral of the story. I not handing shit to them. They can't buy back something they never owned in the first place.

At least link to the band and not a poor quality rip of a music video.
Stern talking will not do much. Has the latest hearings have changed popular opinions on Facebook and Twitter? There needs to be penalties applied to what happened. I like Cruz, I think he might be president one day, but he hasn't brought hell to anyone yet in these hearings and I don't expect that to change.
I'm not the one saying that. That is the current view of the ATF. I firmly believe that the culture of this country is shit. That firearm law is so poorly written that thought of manufacturing your own firearm is considered illegal unless you pay your taxes on it and hope you can keep up with the ever moving goal post. A good example is with pistol braces. SB Tactical came up with an great concept to allow a firearm to be more user friendly. The ATF has constantly flipped flopped over what you can and cannot do with them. They pulled the same shit with Q and went after them over the pistol version of the Honey Badger. I'm just waiting for the day that they update the Stamp Tax from the current $200 to $2000 or more. Our fore fathers would be stacking bodies like firewood by now......
