Yes. Look at what DNI Director Ratcliffe and SOS Pompeo have put out in the last few days. Just because the public is told that DNI will relay report doesn’t mean it’s delayed to POTUS. Gen. McInerny said POTUS actually executed EO on 11-20. We aren’t in the loop and don’t know what’s going on behind the scenes.
Remember, all of this is informational warfare. Do we really believe that just because it got put out on TWITTER that it is 100% factual? how many of the deep state players will see this tweet and let their guard down? Just because they SAY it won't be delivered on time doesnt mean it's true. For all we know, Trump received the report in Marine 1 on the way to the Army/Navy game. Ratcliffe was with him.
I believe that Texas's case focused on 2 things: 1) showing how the 4 defendant states willfully ignored the Constitution and did what they wanted, and thus violated the Constitution which makes for a very solid case on Texas's part. 2) they intentionally ignored election fraud, again for I believe 2 reasons. The first is because the case didn't need it, it's a clear cut violation of the Constitution that they are disputing, and 2, it provides SCOTUS with a case to act on that will allow the Dem's and all those who cheated to save face. Since fraud isn't part of the case, they can continue to claim there was no fraud, and we can continue to speak truth and say there was fraud. I believe the military will soon be involved, and that ONLY through the military will any arrests be made or the swamp actually drained. This is just the first half of the war.
