There is more than enough evidence now of foreign collusion with China among the Biden family to justify planting a spy in the campaign and obtaining FISA warrants for close surveillance of all those involved. Anything less would mean the operation against Trump - Crossfire Hurricane - was strictly a political job, and Obama would never do that, right?
