The case isn’t about specific fraud. The Texas case is about the state judges /executive branch usurping the legislative bodies’ control of laws affecting the election process for federal elections. If they did, then the laws are null and void. The only thing they can do at this juncture is to invalidate the electoral college votes from the states for breaching the US constitution.

They probably can not force them to pick certain ejectors, but they can nullify their federal election because they did so in violation of the constitution.

Texas lawsuit has nothing to do with fraud proof. The laws/rules themselves, they were done is unconstitutional.
