Don't forget did a voter actually live in Georgia? Or did that person register a P.O. Box as a physical address?

In 2019 over 600,000 died from heart disease.

We don't shut down fast food to prevent heart disease.

Less than half that number are expected to die from COVID by the end of the year.

And basically no one has died of pneumonia or the flu this year.

There's word out of Germany that US military seized servers from Scytl. Scytl is in bankruptcy and has ties to Dominion. Speculation is that election data was found on servers in Germany and that would be an exploitable point in the election chain. Further it would explain all of the "glitches" etc.

Finally Trump created a cabinet level office who has 45 days to certify there was no foreign influence in the election. How do you think that's going to go if someone was on these servers between election night and now?

There are reports coming out of Germany that US military - with aid of German gov't seized servers/computers from Scytl. Scytl is a server farm where it's believed US election/voting data was stored BEFORE being reported.

It's my understanding they were lost as in disappeared from the board totally. So they went missing from both counts - vanishing into the ether.

As votes are wont to do. Obviously.

Check out the Voter Integrity Project.

They're literally doing this.

And they have phonebanks where they are calling people and asking them. Then sending someone to their home to get a sworn affidavit from them.

I'm tending to believe this isn't planned fraud - like from the top. I think it's poll workers, county officers, low level people trying to "help." But they all tried to help and now it's blatantly obvious

Like when the kid in school who hasn't done better than a C suddenly turns in an A paper, that just so happens to read similar to another student's work.

I mean yeah, maybe they're getting tutored, or most likely, they cheated.

YES!

Also Tariq Nasheed, the BLM superstar, really amped me up. He's on twitter questioning votes in "urban centers" because - as he put it "black folks don't roll with Biden like that."

He's also talking about how somebody's going to take the fall for all the cheating and it won't be the cheaters - but black folks.

Likely waking up some people.

This is the stuff the Trump campaign needs.

Lawyers can sell "this is the way the IRS detects fraudulent accounting, because people tend to choose "random" numbers in ways that aren't actually random."

Lawyers hate math but a stat prof should be able to explain this for a court.

In the dissent she wrote to BMW v. Gore she argued a state law awarding punitive damages was not a due process issue.

However in Stenberg v. Carhartt, she argued that a state law restricting partial birth abortion violated due process.

Both could clearly fall under the federalism argument she made in BMW v. Gore that it's none of the federal government's business to get involved in state lawmaking. But Ruthie looved abortion and didn't really care if corporations had to pay punitive damages.

That's the one that's off the top of my head but I'm sure I could find others if I decided to struggle through her opinions again. (She's not nearly as good a writer as Scalia. His decisions are fun and engaging. Hers are dry and boring, at times verging on melodramatic.)

I've really lost respect for his family at this point. He's clearly declining and none of his adult children have pulled him and his wife aside and said "maybe this isn't a great idea?"
