I'm no audio pro, but I took a stab at cleaning up the original video and boosting the voices in Adobe Audition. With the audio compressed coming from youtube and all the background noise it's not great, but I can kind of make out poofy-haired lady also saying something as she waves the object to hand it off @4:13. Here's my attempt...
I've probably listened to this on a loop 100 times while cleaning it up, so I may just be hearing what I expect to hear, but this is what my brain hears...
Poofy Hair Lady: "Take the thumb drive"
--as she waves the object and hands it off--
Blonde braids: "We're probly gonna get caught"
