I could be wrong as I don't know the timeline but I believe these cases get appealed because the defendant represented themselves.

Agreed, Luntz and company need to be introduced to a wood chipper.

I'm not sure why this thread wasn't pinned.

Stop caring about corporate sports and this problem solves itself.

The problem in this environment is that the best way to protect yourself is by not answering that question at all or if you do, you say. "I'm not talking about it."

That publication is based in Washington D.C. That should be a significant tip off right there that they are pure poison. In fact I would bet that they are getting tax payer funding knowing how corrupt and evil the government is.

It is impossible to not notice the facts of who is creating race hate. Which is the media, the left, the Democratic Party, and the globalist oligarchs. If you know who they are, good. If you don't, you are a fool or in denial. In talking about those groups some of us are going to find ways to do it so that it is shall we say less caustic.

Others of us are going to be much more crass and blunt in how they frame it. I personally prefer to try and be less caustic but I understand why others may not be able to or not want to walk that tight rope.

One of the big reasons why I prefer to be less caustic is because I see the highly caustic ones as potentially being agent provocateurs or just out of their depth using language that they don't appreciate the consequences of.

So the problem really isn't the outright haters, it is those that kept forcing even modest speech into the corner. When you do that you make people angry and bitter instead of allowing them to vent and eventually find their way to an equilibrium.

Truth be told I would sooner bet on the French snapping than I would my fellow Americans. They have a different set of dynamics and a different history. And this time they probably won't be so civilized as to use guillotines.

The problem is largely not with the police. That said jumping to the idea that this entirely a black culture problem is not true either. The problem is difficult but far from impossible to identify. I've run out of time tonight but may I will address this later.

Coming from Sowell that is indeed pretty pessimistic. Our only choice is to fight, there is no other choice.

This is what happens when they escape the Democratic Party plantation which is exactly why the 2020 election was stolen, because they knew more of this was coming.

When a "news" organization accurately reports something these days they are only doing it because the evidence is overwhelming and so they then use it to throw smoke up for all the other times they want to lie about something where the details can be more easily manipulated.

I actually think there is a piece of truth to this but not in what the Twitter person is saying. My suspicion from the start is that the obese girl who got herself killed was in a rage because the other girl was much more attractive.

On a side note; Darwin is working as designed. And I'm 100% good with that.

Actually it is not true. This is what the header would look like if it were true.

Globalist oligarchs trying to start a race war

The Democratic Party, international corporate media, academia. leftist foot soldiers et al are just the face of the globalist tribe

Getting a little burned is something I have learned through experience is part of life. It no longer bothers me so much and it has made me a wiser person. It's the big burns and the society wide burns that bother me. Like the Federal Reserve cartel for example. (There are many more of course..)

What is the over/under on the mother either getting convenient cognitive dissonance or realizing that her choices killed her own baby.

This is a very fair take. Even myself gets taken in occasionally by people who I later realize aren't my friends. I learned long ago that this sort of thing is bound to happen to anyone and instead of going into denial it is better to make a quick break and move on while retaining the lessons.

The amazing thing about this quote is that it is literally being applied on numerous fronts.
