ANOTHER NOOSE HOAX: Viral July 4th incident alleged a group in Bloomigton held a black man while calling for a noose. Lie detector shows the black man falsely claimed he was a county commissioner, was the aggressor, threw 3 punches first and no one ever called for a noose.

Of course the video that was posted everywhere was heavily edited and never even showed anyone saying "get a noose". The group also said they would pay for the accuser to take a lie detector. I'm reeeeeally sure he'll take that offer.
