This pilot certainly demonstrates a lot of training in both parachuting and remaining calm and following procedure in the face of extremely stressful situations.

Because of this he makes sure that the dispatcher understands exactly who the singular ambulance is for and when it needs to be sent.

PILOT: Ma'm. I'm a pilot in a military aircraft and I ejected. Um. So I just rode a parachute down to the ground. (breathy exhalation) Can you please send an ambulance? DISPATCHER: Yes sir, I've already told you they're on their way.

But just because the pilot displays extreme valor and composure doesn't mean we should ignore the heroic actions of the airplane in this action. The plane could have just landed along with the doomed pilot in a residential back yard, but instead it chose to fly on 60 more miles until it reached an unpopulated rural area. This action which may have saved many lives, could only be achieved with a superior level of training and quick thinking in a real life crisis situation. If I've said it once, I've said it a million times, the laws of physics apply to everything. This hero plane understood all too well, but still it was willing to make the ultimate sacrifice.

So the pilot ejected at 2000' (approximately 1½ Sears Towers) in a residential area and parachuted down into someone's back yard, where he calmly asked the 911 operator if a plane crash had been reported. (Even though, for all he knew, he was bleeding profusely.)

To cover 60 miles it wouldn't have needed to stay airborne for more than 5 minutes or so.

The plane, however, even though a crash was obviously imminent, chose not to land in a back yard and instead continued on for 60 miles (approximately 4356½ Sears Towers) before coming down, probably in a dramatic fireball. (Nobody knows for sure, because it was in a sparsely inhabited rural area instead of a neighborhood with back yards.)

I think this plane behaved heroically.

I get the feeling that more great comedians will be disappeared before Clown World is beaten back.

Although blamed as a failure, the plane seemed to do just fine on its own without the pilot for quite some time.

Maybe 4chan will kidnap the robot and then release it back into the city with one or two changes.

Mrs. Davidson's former home appears to be in West Garfield Park, a most dangerous neighborhood even by Chicago standards. Very likely more dangerous than wherever the realistic battle between Indians and cowboys as it was portrayed would have been in real life. We now live in what once would have been an unimaginable dystopian future.

Pilot ejected over a residential area with people, homes, schools, puppies etc. nearby. He ejected at 2000', then the pilotless plane continues on for over 50 miles before crashing.

Seems to me the plane behaved heroically here and potentially saved many lives by getting itself out of that neighborhood and only crashing once it reached a rural area with less people, homes, schools, puppies etc.

I'll never forget that audience stacked with loud Jeb! supporters, and the countless other antics. RNC/MSM debates untrustworthy until proven otherwise.

Treating a man with respect sometimes means that childish behavior will not be tolerated.

From my perspective, it seemed like one was a criminal, who was pretending to be a customer up until the moment he planned a crime, and the other was a salesman who was no doubt acting in a friendly manner up until the criminal pulled a gun.

Because he knew he wasn't going to get shot by a criminal. It was just a safe and minor setback in his criminal vocation.

We also gave those who wished to destroy, space to do that as well.
