I would have all positive come back negative for true symptomatic cases. Swabs sent to the lab would have all the data needed to make this happen. These symptomatic patients infected with covid would be sent home and would quickly develop double pneumonia. I would market and use industry mob tactics to prevent prescribing HCQ cocktails to ensure treatments that work are denied.
To maximize death rate, I would identify low hanging fruit. Those without covid but tested positive would be handled as follows:
Patients 55 and older (test positive but actually not infected) with underlying conditions would be infected on 2nd test follow up. The 2nd test would not only infect them but would also comeback as negative and they would be sent home. 3rd test would be negative until they develop double pneumonia. These patients would create bed and ventilator shortages in ICUs.
35 to 54 age with underlying conditions that are negative but told their test was covid positive, I would infect them with tainted follow up tests as well to ensure spread and deaths. I would give hospitals guidance on a medicine regimen to accelerate pneumonia for these patients.
Nurses would have 90% negative test outcome to help spread to vulnerable. If nurse shortage was needed, I would manipulate geographically.
I would invest in aerosol covid spreading capability. This would be used tactically in large gatherings, schools and Trump rally's.
I would work with PPE manufacturers to infect random supply chains. I would work with Lysol or some known cleaning solution to ensure it is spreading covid.
I would have a flu vaccine that weakens the immune system so it is more vulnerable for covid infection. I would invest in GMO produced so it is edited to maximize desired outcomes. I would taint livestock and natural foods.
I would use the media, academia, health care leaders to steer the sheep.

My opinion: This is an sockpuppet account by Maxwell to flood her ideology into more subreddits and have more power when her moderator role is questioned. We should extend our investigations towards that account as well.
