The Insurrection Act states thusly:
"Whenever the President considers that unlawful obstructions, combinations, or assemblages, or rebellion against the authority of the United States, make it impracticable to enforce the laws of the United States in any State by the ordinary course of judicial proceedings, he may call into Federal service such of the militia of any State, and use such of the armed forces, as he considers necessary to enforce those laws or to suppress the rebellion."
Those words that I highlighted exactly describe the current situation. Politicians are unlawfully obstructing the enforcement of laws against election fraud, and attempts to prosecute violations of these laws are currently impracticable by the ordinary course of judicial proceedings due to judges throwing the cases out.
"...though Aragorn did not stir nor move hand to weapon, the other quailed and gave back as if menaced with a blow. "I am a herald and an ambassador, and may not be assailed!" he cried. "Where such laws hold," said Gandalf, "it is also the custom for ambassadors to use less insolence. But no one has threatened you. You have naught to fear from us..." -- Book V, Chapter 10, "The Black Gate Opens"
They simply let him go after his message is over, and his fate afterward is never revealed.
You might also remember him saying multiple times, that multiple of his independent military sources are telling him to expect at least some action ("Perhaps some kind of limited martial law") in January.
Have his sources ever provided accurate information before it was public knowledge? And how often have they been right or wrong in general?
Fox News is now reporting that the assessment is being delayed from December 18 to some unknown date due to some intelligence officials not wanting to acknowledge China's involvement. It sounds like they're trying to run out the clock.
If you listen to what he says in the rant, he actually comes across as angry at the Covid restrictions. He complains about people losing their houses due to being out of work from the lockdowns.
He was angry at some of his crew members for breaking the rules because he was afraid they would get the production shut down. He never once said anything that made it sound like he was scared anyone would actually get sick.
The classified assement is to be delivered to President Trump and other officials no later than the 18th (this Friday). The report based on said assessment is to be delivered no later than 45 days later (February 1, 2021), but can be released earlier (and apparently will be, if Ratcliffe's comment about it being released in January is correct).
Should have grabbed a cane and bet that lying democrat senator bloody. Like they used too back in the day.
It was the other way around, though. Republican Charles Sumner gave an anti-slavery speech condemning Democrats' deeds in "bleeding Kansas", and got caned nearly to death for it by Democrat Preston Foster.
As a person, Evans is nothing close to Captain America, but he did a great job on screen. Personally, I find it easy to separate the actor from the character in this particular case because Evans' real-life appearance, voice, facial expressions, and mannerisms are all different from those that he has when playing Cap. When he plays Cap, he uses a more stoic body language, uses more dignified facial expressions, talks in a deeper voice, and is differently-groomed.
Interestingly, when he first started playing Captain America, he didn't talk much, if at all, about politics. On at least one occasion in 2011, he refused to answer a political question, saying it was none of his business. He initially didn't even want the role of Captain America due to the loss of privacy that such a high-profile role would involve (director Joe Johnston had to pester him into accepting the part).
But then Evans suddenly started becoming a political activist a few years ago. And I have some suspicions about why.
He once answered a question about whether or not Marvel ever asked him to shut up about politics, and said the following about Marvel Studios boss Kevin Feige:
"Marvel has never said anything. On the contrary — when I bump into Kevin Feige the first thing out of his mouth is 'Man, I love what you're doing [on Twitter].'"
And here is something that Kevin Feige said about Evans' Twitter activism:
"I don't see it as trash-talking. I see it as very astute, very honorable, very noble, very Cap-like. Commentary and questioning. I've said to him, 'You're merging! You and the character are merging!'"
Think about the ramifications of that statement. This is the boss of a major movie studio admitting to encouraging one of the actors working for him to be a Twitter SJW, and filling his head with nonsense about this being the same as becoming like Captain America.
I also don't think that it's any coincidence that some of the Marvel movies themselves started going "woke" after Kevin Feige succeeded in ousting Ike Perlmutter (who Feige had to answer to until 2015) from his leadership position at Marvel Studios and integrating Marvel Studios directly into the Disney command structure. Perlmutter was and is right-wing (he was even one of the biggest Trump donors), and held the power of the purse over Marvel Studios until 2015. Every decision up until then had to be approved by Perlmutter.
Nowadays, Feige no longer has to listen to Perlmutter's demands, instead taking orders directly from Disney's Alan Horn. Both Feige and Disney president Bob Iger have confirmed that Perlmutter kept the Marvel movies from following Disney's social agenda while he was in change, and Feige even hinted that this was part of why Perlmutter was ousted.
1 politically uninformed actor who wants to live up to the moral standards of the patriotic hero that he plays + 1 SJW movie studio boss who is willing to teach his actors that being a left-wing Twitter activist is like being a superhero = a recipe for brainwashing.
It's a shame that Evans couldn't learn some lessons from the version of Captain America that he plays, rather than from Kevin Feige. The movie version of Captain America is a small-government, anti-globalist, Christian patriot.
In "Captain America: The First Avenger" (2011), the Red Skull shouts "I have seen the future, Captain. There are no flags!", to which Cap replies "Not my future!"
In "The Avengers" (2012), Cap gets ready to pursue Thor and Loki, when Black Widow warns him not to go after them, saying, "These guys come from legend. They're basically gods." He replies by saying "There's only one God, Ma'am. And I'm pretty sure he doesn't dress like that."
In "Captain America: The Winter Soldier" (2014), Nick Fury reveals that S.H.I.E.L.D. (essentially a fictionalized FBI or CIA) is creating a new surveillance/weapons program call Project Insight that uses artificial intelligence to predict which people will become terrorist threats and automatically kill them with giant drones before they act. Cap disagrees with the decision to create this program, believing that this is a vast overreach of power and could be abused. Cap is proven right when it turns out that S.H.I.E.L.D. is infested by HYDRA agents who plan on using Project Insight to kill everyone who the AI system predicts would stand in the way of their new world order.
In "Captain America: Civil War", Cap disagrees with the Avengers' decision to sign the Sokovia Accords, an agreement that would force the Avengers to only go on missions that are approved by the World Security Council (essentially a fictionalized United Nations), as he believes that the Avengers need to be capable of acting independently of foreign authorities.
"trying to encourage, enable, solicit, or carry out fraud" - this specific phrasing is used in his Sep 12, 2018 executive order, section 2, sub section a, sub section 2 (2.a.2).
That's not quite accurate. The wording used in the executive order is "to have directly or indirectly engaged in, sponsored, concealed, or otherwise been complicit in foreign interference in a United States election."

“... there’s some important dates coming up, December 14th, some people say the 18th but I don’t know we’ll see...”
That sounds almost like a hint that if things go right on the 14th, the 18th won't matter, but if they don't...
or Trump will replace him when it's time
Now that we know that Barr is leaving on the 23rd (which is right before what is now a two-day Federal holiday due to one of President Trump's recent executive orders, immediately followed by a weekend on which many government personnel will not be working), this is looking very possible.
"But you say you are conservative - eminently conservative - while we are revolutionary, destructive, or something of the sort. What is conservatism? Is it not adherence to the old and tried, against the new and untried? We stick to, contend for, the identical old policy on the point in controversy which was adopted by "our fathers who framed the Government under which we live;" while you with one accord reject, and scout, and spit upon that old policy, and insist upon substituting something new." - Abraham Lincoln, Cooper Union Address, February 27, 1860.

"The new Acting Attorney General Jeffrey A. Rosen has guided numerous initiatives, including an antitrust review of online technology platforms, investigations, and prosecutions of cyberhacking, among others."
I doubt it. The Insurrection Act has been invoked 14 times already and never caused any of those problems before, and martial law is in many ways less strict than the current Coronavirus restrictions in many states.
Besides, even if any of that did happen, it still wouldn't be half as bad as having a blackmailed Chinese asset (Biden) as president.
