It is now painfully clear that once election fraud has been committed, there is no remedy. The news will not admit that it happened. The FBI will do nothing except lie and maybe try to destroy evidence. The courts will throw out the cases. The only solution is to keep the fraud from happening in the first place. This can only be done on a local and state level. Those, not coincidentally, are the levels of government that too many of us have been putting too little effort into for far too long, and it came back to bite us big time this year. If it weren't for all the local and state corruption, the election could never have been stolen.

Remember how there was a campaign to call, write, etc, to state representatives to join the Texas lawsuit, and almost half of the states actually did it? And how some of the state legislatures were starting to crack and maybe would have decertified their Biden electors and flipped their states to President Trump if there had been more time and they wouldn't have been able to run out the clock so fast?

Well, we need to create a grassroots campaign to exert at least 10 times as much pressure on every local and state official to do everything possible to secure elections from fraud. Get rid of voting machines (especially any Dominion/Smartmatic ones), protect the rights of poll watchers, pass photo ID laws, purge voter rolls of dead/out of state/etc voters, ban mail-in voting, etc.

We need to pester them through the phones, through email, through snail mail, through lobbying if possible, etc. Send them all the evidence of election fraud in the 2020 election until stacks of it cover their desks. Make their phones ring all day long. Don't let them have any peace until they do something. We have two years (until the midterms) to get something done, and if we don't let up for a single weekday for those two years, maybe enough of them will crack to get something done.

There needs to be some sort of program to organize this on a mass scale and to get as many people as possible involved. Does anyone have an idea of how to organize this on such a level as to get millions of people involved?

If you contacted your Senators/Congressmen, what was your message to them, and what (if any) response did you receive from them or the people working for them?

On Steve Bannon's War Room, Boris Epshteyn (Strategic Advisor on the Trump 2020 Campaign) stated that President Trump will not allow himself to be pushed around by the intelligence communities regarding the DNI report's release.

I'm not sure how much Epshteyn knows regarding this, but he does personally know and work for President Trump, for whatever that is worth.

What are all of the processes and requirements that President Trump would have to meet in order to invoke the Insurrection Act and/or martial law? Who are all of the people that he would need to sign off on it?

Apparently, the delay of the DNI assessment from December 18 to a later date may be due to it needing to be updated with new evidence implicatign China.

A statement from Director of National Intelligence John Ratcliffe’s office on Wednesday night said the deadline won’t be met because career officers in the intelligence community say they’ve “received relevant reporting since the election and a number of agencies have not finished coordinating on the product.”

On Tuesday, Ratcliffe was weighing refusing to sign off on the report unless it more fully reflected the national security threat posed by China’s efforts according to people familiar with the matter, who spoke on condition of anonymity owing to the sensitivity of the information.

Ratcliffe’s concerns are fueled by fresh intelligence that provides a fuller picture of what China’s leaders either did or planned to do to keep Trump from being re-elected, the people said.

That information, some of it in Mandarin and gathered in the weeks before and after the election, is still being assessed, one of the people said. It includes social media campaigns, such as attempts to amplify messages that Trump is a white supremacist, the person said.

Some analysts say the new intelligence will show that China’s effort to influence the U.S. election was far more extensive than previously reported by spy agencies over the last year, the people said.

On January 6, 2017, Democrat members of the House of Representatives objected to Trump's electors in multiple states, but then-Vice President Joe Biden denied all of the objections.

Members of the House of Representatives objected to the electoral tally in states including Alabama, Florida, Michigan, Texas, Mississippi and the Carolinas in a symbolic move that exposed lingering dismay over a contentious election campaign.

Some members complained about long lines at polling stations while others cited concerns over Russian attempts to influence the result in Trump’s favor.

“I object because people are horrified by the overwhelming evidence of Russian interference in our election,” said Representative Barbara Lee of California before being overruled.

Biden denied the objections one by one, at times jocular and apparently determined to finish the tally. “It is over,” he said at one point, to laughter from Republicans.

None of the representatives had the backing of a senator, which would have allowed them to suspend the joint session and allow the House and Senate to meet separately to debate the objections.

Now imagine the same situation in reverse (ie, Republican House members objecting to Biden electors) on January 6, 2021, but with Pence taking the opposite route of 2017 Biden, and some Republican Senators backing up the Congressmen.

This possibility is part of what opens up the possible path to victory described here:

https://threadreaderapp.com/thread/1338228261483110403.html

Or if you prefer not to click the link, here it is:

  1. The Stage - The legal effort - Make no mistake that Sydney Powell, Rudy Giuliani, Lin Wood, Ted Cruz and the Texas AG are quite familiar with standing. They knew they had little to no chance of the cases being heard, and even less chance of favorable relief.
  1. The BIG one - The Texas SCOTUS filing - This case was 50/50 on standing but it wouldn't have offered relief. The Justices Trump appointed had no issue dismissing the case and deferring power back to the state legislatures. The reason will become clear in just a moment.
  1. The Reason - The various court filings were never meant to prevail. Their only purpose was to inform the pubic. It allowed people see the fraud. The actual filing docs allowed Anons to read and share so that people could see the problems with our elections.
  1. The Fire 🔥 - MSM and the trolls continue to assist in Trump's path to victory. They only fuel the🔥 when they ignore or antagonize Republicans. Why is that a good thing? Every pissed off Republican is another call to Congress reps and senators demanding action.
  1. The Clout - The calls matter! Why? Republicans know that Trump is the way to the Republican voters' hearts. When the media tried to shame Trump for overshadowing the senators in the GA rally - they basically provided incentive for every Republican to have Trumps back instead.
  1. The Election Rejection - On January 6th Congress will convene to count the electoral votes. At this time the sitting VP, Mike Pence, has the ability to challenge by refusing to accept the votes from states in which he believes the vote was compromised. Which - he will do.
  1. The Second Vote - As directed by the US Federal constitution - a challenged election is settled by a simple majority house vote by ballot. However, the house gets one vote per state not per representative - Giving Trump the Republican majority 26-23 (or 22). Winner takes all.
  1. The Appeal - Democrats will panic and immediately appeal this decision to SCOTUS. But SCOTUS having set a very clear legal precedent that the power lies with the state legislatures - will again - dismiss the case on standing.
  1. The Democracy Hypocrisy - Dems and MSM will call Trumps actions unprecedented, claiming irrevocable damage to our Democracy. Except - Biden honored the EXACT same challenge attempted by Democrats in 2016. In which the house majority voted in favor of Trump. The 2016 challenge did not go to vote due to lack of support from the Senate. The challenge was rejected before the vote took place.
  1. Checkmate - Sauce in form of links to follow: Link 1 was written by a Harvard Government Professor who figured this out way before me (make sure to click full article to see where Trump himself outlined this plan months ago) Link 2 outlines the Dem challenge on Jan 6th 2016.

Moral of the story? Pester the living daylights out of your Republican Senators and Congressmen!

"Donald " means "world leader".

"John means "God is gracious".

"Trump" as a surname can mean "drum" (from the German) or "trumpeter" (from the English), but when used as a word rather than a name, means "a card of a suit any of whose cards will win over a card that is not of this suit" or "a decisive overriding factor or final resource".

Maybe it's hope, maybe it's hopium. Only time will tell. But now that my initial emotions over the SCOTUS dismissal of the Texas case are calming down a little, the two comments quoted below have me willing to give SCOTUS a tiny grain of the benefit of a doubt regarding why they ruled as they did and how they'll treat the pending cases. Just a grain, mind you, but it's something.

By prayharder:

Now that I've had time to reflect on it, I now feel that today's ruling was in some ways positive, and in other ways inconsequential.

There are already four other cases head to SCOTUS, based on actual evidence and actual damages.

The case today was based on relatively little evidence of election fraud, compared to the other cases, and was based on the claim that Texas has a say in how other states choose their electors.

The biggest problem with what happened today is that I watched a few minutes of Steven Crowder, and I bought into the idea that this Texas case is "the big one" which I should pin all my hopes on. Whereas, in reality, if I was a justice on the SCOTUS, and if I believe election fraud had taken place, I would absolutely dismiss today's case, so I can focus on one of the other election fraud cases.

Man... crazy times we live in, where we freak out over nothing. From a legal perspective, today's dismissal has absolutely nothing to do with SCOTUS being biased against listening to evidence of election fraud, I now believe...!

A response to prayharder's comment by FreedomOverAll:

As well as the precedent that allowing for a state to sue another state due to their laws would bring. Yes, we are aware that these states have violated the Constitution, but Texas is not directly impacted by their actions. Yes, if they are allowed to succeed, then it impacts Texas because they have to live under the same President as everyone else. But allowing one state to sue another for their laws that do not affect their own laws... that would lead to the end of federalism in our country as we know it.

There has been much talk to the effect that the Supreme Court will only rule in favor of President Trump if they feel the the American public has their back. I don't know whether this is true or not, but it got me thinking.

Is there any way that anyone could organize a massive crowd of people who stand in front of the Supreme Court building day after day, holding signs telling the Supreme Court to follow the Constitution and do the right thing?

I've seen a lot of conflicting claims and speculation about what abilities Executive Order 13848 ("Executive Order on Imposing Certain Sanctions in the Event of Foreign Interference in a United States Election") grants President Trump.

Can anyone who is well-versed in legal language clear up what it does and doesn't do?
