Haha I counted.

Grimace is just there to pick up the 10 percent to bring back to the Big Guy.

Such a shame. Lately I've been stepping away from the 24 hour news cycle. Even though I'm getting my news from better sources, I don't think it's good to spend so much time on it. I feel better when I don't follow compulsively on a daily basis.

I mean, she has my father, but he's an atheist, basically. He came from a Catholic family but fell victim to the same liberal bullshit. They both worked in academia. I think they basically just fell in line with whatever was fashionable among liberal academics. Sad.

Haha exactly. It's so bad there's a whole website devoted to it.

When I was growing up in the late seventies and eighties, my mother insisted that I go to Sunday school and that the family went to church every week. Fast forward to today. My mother is 83 and a brainwashed MSNBC liberal. She now speaks derisively of my cousins in Florida who take their families to church every week, as if there is "something wrong" with them for being church goers, and because their church services last 4 hours.

Recently I called her out on it, "But you used to go to church every week", I said. She said "oh well not that kind of church". Then she started talking about how she should maybe go to one of the progressive churches nearby, pointing out that they were good because they have a "gay minister".

Her Christian values have been completely brainwashed out of her by years of constant exposure to liberal media. She spends at least 20 hours a week worshipping at the altar of NBC but thinks our cousins are weird because they want to worship God for a few hours on Sunday. It's really incredible to witness. The power of the liberal media to completely and utterly subvert otherwise intelligent people is terrifying.

Seriously. It's like WalMart is ground zero for standards of dress. The last time I was there it was actually comical how many people were wearing pajamas. WalMart is where culture goes to die.

You have to check everything now. They're stealthily dropping the amounts in packages and it can be really hard to tell.

I like to buy the fancy coffee, whole bean. It used to come in 16oz bags. Now those same bags (which don't look much different) are only 10 oz. Same price.

I actually think this dress is better than 99% of what I've seen her wear. Still not that great, but at least she doesn't look like she's wearing last gen upholstery.

Holy shit I never thought of that. Maybe that is the entire reason for these things!

"You were negligent . . ."

"Whaddya mean? We have a $35,000 robot DEDICATED to finding spills!"

I'm waiting for someone to post a video of themselves landing a flying clothesline on one of these things. I'd pay to see that!

We have had these in our local supermarkets for at least 5 years, can't remember exactly when I first saw them.

They have at least a dozen cameras all up and down the length of them. They put googly eyes on the things to make them seem cute, but if you really look at them, you will realize these things look treacherous as fuck.

They are constantly roaming around the store-- bare mimimum, they are there to get us used to robot security. But I also think they are constantly gathering data that is being sent out and analyzed somewhere.

The funniest thing is nobody likes these things. Shoppers are always cursing at them because they get in the way and you have to wait for them to beep bop boop around. They are universally hated.

Yeah it's doable at that age but I guess you've both got to be committed. And honestly I don't have a problem with people/couples who don't want to have kids, if that's their choice. I think what bothers me is the dominant propaganda is telling women and men that missing out on having kids is no big deal.

I'm mid-40s, single man, and I expect I will never had kids. I'm helping to raise my niece and nephew, along with my parents, so I do have a family life of some sorts. But I was one of these people that grew up in a liberal family and didn't realize until late in life (in my case, maybe 8 years ago) that the ideas I had been brought up on were deeply flawed, certainly wrong, and maybe even evil, in some instances. I had multiple relationships with women but they never worked out. My last girlfriend who was a great woman who I truly loved, worked for Planned Parenthood and was decidedly progressive. As the era of Trump approached, and lines were drawn, I realized she was fighting for the wrong causes, causes that I didn't believe in. Engaging her in dialogue didn't work.

I haven't had a serious relationship since.
