It's possible the military may move on their own between the transfer of power. Someone got Nancy's laptop and it was unlocked and open at the time. You could see a literal war between the military and the deep state. I'm reminded of that image on the Simpsons of January 20, 2021 where the whole neighborhood is destroyed and burning and there are enforcement droids walking around patrolling

It's brings up the concept of the nation of laws, but laws are only valid if people, especially the government, obey them. There really isn't much of a difference between a monarchy with a constitution, and a republic with a constitution, except with a monarchy you'd only have to remove one guy whereas with a republic you'd have to remove hundreds if not thousands.
No surprise. This is the same supreme court that recently refused to hear second amendment case as well as an anti lockdown case. They couldn't be any less interested in preserving the Bill of Rights. They're just another enemy now like George Soros and should not be respected or regarded.
