i only say that your plan won't work. i didn't say other plans wont. actually i directly implied that other plans would.

to follow up on how poorly thought out your plan is, step 6 is irrelevant. if fraud states decertify, then they no longer have appointed electors. trump wins 232-230. there wouldnt need to be a contingent vote at all. electoral count act doesn't require 270, just a majority of appointed electors. no certification, no appointment, their votes aren't in the denominator of the fraction required to get to 50%.

it never was a resolution to decertify. it was only a resolution that they'd try and make the same mistakes next election.

I'm still missing something about how his efforts will make any difference whatsoever.

his "significant number" is still less than half, so there's still gotta be something else or this will all just be theater no matter whether its 5 congressman or 140 and 1 senator or 12 or 40.

dc doesn't have cash bond so yea there's that.

they either keep you or they let you go. money isn't a factor.

confirmation of something that was already known isn't huge. it's routine.

its not huge until somebody is arrested.

you say back the blue, then give a bunch of reasons to not back the blue.

she was just re-sworn in for another term.

no she wasn't, wtf are you talking about.

"another term" ... she's only 4 years into a 6 year term.

only newly elected senators get "sworn in". she was "sworn in" 4 years ago.

if you read the bill, speaker's office has it's own budget line beneath this one.

RollWave 4 points ago +4 / -0

fake news. that 25mil isn't for salary. if you read the bill, it's their office expenses like mail and stuff.

They still don't need it.

but to call it salary is just straight up lying.

What if Trump has set up a trap on this election?

people said the november election was an elaborate sting too.

spoiler: it wasn't.

all those senators and reps even by citizens

which ones specifically? because it's a absolute lie that ALL senators and reps have committed felony "covering up voter fraud" or "treason".

is "covering up voter fraud" an actual crime? I don't think it is. You probably need to be more specific. There are probably specific crimes that fall under this general category, but there are other things that would be part of a cover up that aren't actually crimes.

It's kind of important because a false citizen's arrest is just kidnapping, so if youre gonna do it, need to make sure you actually arresting the right person for an actual crime.

They will just throw out the fraudulent votes.

how many fraudulent votes did they throw out of the november election?

why would this one be any different?

on what basis is he thinking federal agencies will be monitoring this election lol.

if they didn't care about the last one, they aren't doing anything for this one.

he's legit on it as it corroborates with other sources

lin wood doesn't have anything new, he's just repeating the stuff that's already out there. that's not corroboration.

"When all objections so made to any vote or paper from a State shall have been received and read, the Senate shall thereupon withdraw, and such objections shall be submitted to the Senate for its decision; and the Speaker of the House of Representatives shall, in like manner, submit such objections to the House of Representatives for its decision:

all objections to a state are read before the senate and house split to have their debate.

they don't leave to debate each objection individually. imagine how silly that would be. 100 congressmen all individually object and 1 troll senator signs them all, and then the house has to have 100 debates and 100 votes ... and they could do that for every state. it would take like a year to finish counting. maybe 4 years idk, speaker of the house would get a full 4 year term as president ... though i guess they wouldn't get much done with congress in session debating and voting nonstop the entire 4 years since after 5 days they aren't allowed to recess anymore rofl.

1 debate and 1 vote per state, no matter how many different objections to it.

about the number of states, i might be misremembering, so i won't argue if you say 6 isn't the right number.

RollWave 4 points ago +4 / -0

that's neither how it works, nor what is happening.

votes aren't counted individually, they are counted by state.

also, the reps/sens have been tweeting picture of themselves signing their objections....

their objections to 6 states.

not objections to 100+ electors.
