He does uses his hands the way he normally does by kinda splaying out his fingers as he talks earlier in video when angle of camera is different. At the end when the camera or right in front of him you can’t see him moving his handS because the podium slants upward and blocks the view.

I’m talking about normie Trump supporters. I just keep going back to after the election when Trump and all those fighting for him kept telling us that this was going to be a long hard road.
