Your rig sounds badass for sure! I tow a 30 ft offshore boat ( 15k lbs loaded with fuel and trailer ) with mine, albeit only a few miles from storage lot to the boat ramp a few times a year ( boat stays in a slip spring summer and fall) I def would not use it to tow often or long range

The bolts that are attacht to truck frame for holding jack and tire iron are used to secure the box, I just set it on top of mats and bolted down without issue

Great thing about the eotech 500 series is they use AA batteries, easy to switch out. I use energizer lithiums and haven't had to change out yet after a few thousand rounds of target practice
