Call me a Doomer but all these people have different plans. You got Mike saying this, you have Powell tweeting for Trump to use the EO, Trump is tweeting shit about Pence.....I just don’t get it. If the plan was for Pence to go with the audit, why is Trump talking shit about Pence? Trump wanted him to send it back to the legislators, but he won’t do it even when AZ and PA legislators are asking Pence to do that. Sorry but it just seems like things are unraveling. Maybe it seems that way bc some innocent young girl was killed by some POS officer.

Jay Sekulow is saying that Pence has no constitutional authority to reject any fraudulent electors. Does anyone have any other view/opinion from other lawyers?

It goes by alphabetical order. So Arizona will be one of the first States that will be challenged. We will know early on what Pence will do.

This has been my thought for awhile. Ratcliffe must present something before the 6th, saying there is irrefutable evidence that the election was stolen from Trump. That would force the House to accept any challenge from the Republicans. This is the only constitutional way forward from what I understand.

Trump is a religious man, I highly doubt he would declare anything before Christmas. We still have the report to count on, i also highly doubt he will declare anything before that plays out as well. JMO

That won’t happen. The left is already talking about going after Trump after the election for all the “destruction and unconstitutional acts he did” They won’t give up trying no to destroy him. That’s why he needs to use the EO and out these fucks away.

I wasn’t too clear on my point. Ratcliffe would have to come out with irrefutable proof of mass voter fraud that changed the election. Then if the EC is challenged and it goes to the house and senate to accept or reject the challenge. HOPING that they would be forced to both accept the challenge. Long shot I know. But without any report like that, the house would never budge.

I agree with a few things. I’m sure Trump knew about this and I’m sure he underestimated the crookedness of the Dems and our judicial system. But demanding anything isn’t going to do shit. I want to believe that his 2018 EO was his fallback plan if everything else failed. I’ve said this several times now on this site, a report by Ratcliffe and then Trump following up on that EO will be his only path to victory.

Does my logic make sense.....In the court of law, do the 12 jury members ask the questions to come to a conclusion? No. Experts do. So why is this any different.
