Here's the rub. I work for a company that has been deeply, on a daily call 7 days a week, watching the data come in about COVID19 since March 26th. We've closed offices, we've instituted protocols for contact tracing, for re-entry to the office, for test screening and third party support through nurse lines. I sit on several committees for our "essential business" operations.
In the beginning I towed the line on it but it's becoming abundantly clear to me now this is all bullshit. Let me explain. Up to a 30% false negative test rate, up to a 40 or 50% false positive rate. Anyone who works in statistics will tell you those are error rates so ridiculous you are better off flipping a coin.
