A few things I notice from your side by side:
Big hair differences: Parents roots are grown out more, her hair seems to be shorter (keep in mind she's sitting)
Skin Tone: different, could be the camera
Eyebrows and eye shape: Parent's eyebrows are pretty straight, that women's are very arched.
Different Nails: as you mentioned.
