The NSA should have all of it, whether they were wiped or not. They should also have all of Hillary's emails. Why is it that the NSA database is never used to obtain subpoenaed evidence that has been destroyed? Are there certain legal conditions that must be met for it to be accessed? What purpose does it serve if we never use it when we need it? Genuine question.
