  1. Download ProtonMail app from your phone’s App Store.
  2. Set up a free ProtonMail email account first. Download the app and set it up.
  3. Make your ProtonMail account different than your main email. So if you’ve been using [email protected], do NOT make your ProtonMail address [email protected] 4.    Make your ProtonMail password something new and different. Make it a phrase like “Igraduatedhighschoolin1945” or “ireallywishiwasaunicorn” 5.    You will get a free trial to ProtonVPN as well. 6.    Download the ProtonVPN app to your phone from your App Store. 7.    Open the ProtoVPN app. You should be signed in via your ProtonMail account you just created. 8.    In ProtonVPN you will see how to turn the VPN on. Play around and you’ll figure out how to set which server you want to connect to. Use Switzerland, Singapore, New Zealand, Panama, etc. Do NOT use any USA servers. 9.    Use the VPN any time you are browsing websites from “our team”. Breitbart, Parler, Rumble, etc. 10.    Download Brave web browser from your App Store. 11.    Use Brave browser app, stop using the browser app your phone came with (Safari, Chrome, etc). 12.    Open websites in private window mode. When you do this, Brave doesn’t share cookies and tracking info from other websites. 13.    When you’re done looking at a website, CLOSE THAT TAB/WINDOW and open a new one. 14.    Forget sending anything sensitive over text messages. Download Signal app and use that for messages. 15.    If you send emails from your ProtonMail account to someone else’s ProtonMail account, they are encrypted and not stored on the ProtonMail servers. If you both delete them that message is GONE. 16.    Godspeed.
