If they gave them to every voter.......what is the issue? Are they suggesting they gave sharpies ONLY to republican voters? I'm in AZ, I was given a sharpie. EVERYONE was given a sharpie. I don't think that was correct, because it did bleed through a 2 sided ballot, but was it partisan fraud?
