Our distribution centers are filled with low information sorters. I've seen & watched in person. Very sad.

I tell everyone at my office we are over paid. We are. Not all but most are trash employees at my office. We do have some clerks and carriers who earn their money but most don't. Sad.
USPS Distribution clerk here. I can't speak for all office's but I can on mine. We were hit heavy with them a few years back when it started. Flash forward to now. They have taken a lot off of us and deliver themselves now. The volume cut by over 50% easy. They are not really an issue at my office anymore but they are giving us more of the bigger packages to deliver.
The real issue is the USPS and the union. We keep trash employees and they keep their jobs no matter what. Not all but most are trash at my office. I know our distribution center is trash that sends us our mail to sort. You can look around at too many keeping their jobs but not doing them. Call ins everyday. The distribution center had 72 people call out one night. Crazy.

I work at usps But I'm not in the union. It is garbage & keeps garbage people with a job here. All they care about is money & not doing there job. Do not trust us to be able to do anything until we have rebuild from the top down.
