Look they used ellipses at the dumbest point. That should be a semicolon or just a period. Ellipses usually indicate an omitted sentence or a thought but no it just goes thought, then another thought. Also "Trump will be sworn in for a second term on January 20th" Yeah definitely not a robot writing that. First that sentence is unusually long since people here know all that stuff.
