No court has ruled on evidence. They refused cases on standing or laches (unreasonable delay in making an assertion or claim, such as asserting a right, claiming a privilege, or making an application for redress, which may result in refusal.)

I would simply find the video of Jovan Pulitzer testifying in GA. If you can get your friend to listen to that 6 minutes of testimony, you may turn the light on. If not, don't waste your breath.
