What I am trying to know is, do they sort them and keep them all separated based on counties? And keep them labeled as county 1, county 2. So if they made fake ballots or got real ballots and wrote in Biden's name, all you have to do is tally the number of ballots, number of registered voters. If there are more number of ballots per county, you guys can pick up the county where possible fraud is high and work from there from the ground level.
