I traced this rumor back to its source, and it came from Bill O’Reilly literally inventing it on his podcast last week. He basically said if he were the Biden campaign, he would drop an October surprise in the NYT on Sunday night.

MSDNC is trying to figure out why Latinos are voting for Trump. So they bring some Latinos on to a panel. White lady reporter who pronounces "Latino" with the Spanish-accented "L" asks "Ricardo" (she makes sure to roll her R's) who he's voting for. Ricardo replies in a 100% American accent "well, democrats have gone completely off their rocker!"
Kamala is on MSDNC right now, how can anyone listen to this person? She is sounding and acting 100x more unlikable right now than she was during the debates. Nobody likes her right? Not even democrats surely.
