My Company hires anyone. No college education, can even have a low level felony. It is SO FUCKING HARD to find good employees. We pay $40k a year. If you work hard and do a good job you can get promoted. One guy (no college education) worked up to COO and was making $200k a year. Work hard, do a good job, and you can succeed.

California has like the third most amount of republicans in the country, they just have more dems. I think Abbott did a study and found most of the Californians that move here were voting red.
