An ammo can should work quite a bit better than a microwave, and it comes with handles too.

Though a grounding strap to ensure the top and bottom are electrically connected is probably a good idea.

Trash cans, too.

Baofengs are a little hard of hearing. Any improvement you can make to the antenna can only help you. Nagoya makes whip antennas that help a lot.

Also, get yourself a pin vise and drill the mic hole in the case ever so slightly larger. You’ll be understood better. And don’t talk directly down at the radio, hold it to the side a little. That helps the other guy since you’re not blasting the mic with too much volume and clipping.

Not bad, for the most part, but Jesus Christ it’s “ham,” not “HAM.”

Also you don’t need all the “your call sign my call sign” stuff constantly. The FCC rules allow for:

Only using your ID every 10 minutes, and

Using alternate identifiers, so long as you still ID with your call sign within the 10 minutes.

By the way, for the ultra-paranoid, the FCC has your ham radio license in a publicly accessible database that anyone can search or download a copy of without any credentials whatsoever. And they’re not accepting address changes to PO Boxes anymore, so they’ll have your address, too. Keep that in mind if you throw out your call sign anywhere near controlled areas.

This is as huge as a fart. I’m sure he’s so upset right now. How will he ever survive this onslaught.

Tell me, how is a “jurisdiction” the same as “being born in?” Illinois has jurisdiction over Chicago, but that doesn’t mean you’re automatically born “in Chicago.”

Tell me, how is that meant to do anything for me, since I was never born nor grew up in American Samoa, Swains Island, District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, Guam, or the Virgin Islands of the United States? That's who this applies to.

Lin’s a fucking clown. That’s all he’s ever been.

Refusing to engage with your clown logic != “can’t prove me wrong.”

You’re not automatically right just because nobody wants to battle with you.

It’s well past time to start digging into election fraud on BOTH sides. Why do you think these ineffectual, lazy, corrupt, idiotic, spineless politicians keep getting in even when better challengers appear? And why do you think they weren’t already on board with investigating election fraud?

It’s because they’re all stealing elections, and none of them are going to break the machine if it means they’ll also lose office.

If they weren’t both doing it, there’d be strong reason for the innocent party to out the other.

Since that hasn’t happened, it’s obviously both of them.

I’m still there, but they haven’t had any tweets, replies, likes, retweets, or anything from me, for a long time.

I’m on there for the lewds now, and literally nothing else. Let them try to monetize a lurker who bulk reports all their advertisers for spam.

The thing could have been totally genuine. But all they needed to do was seed in a few agent provocateurs, and the whole thing blows up.

It’s how the deep state always works.
