NSSF v. California: State Court challenge to California's microstamping requirements
Case Status: In December 2016, the California Court of Appeal issued a ruling in favor of NSSF, allowing the lawsuit to proceed in the lower court. But in June 2018, the California Supreme Court reversed, upholding the trial court’s judgment in favor of the State. NSSF Petitioned the Supreme Court to reconsider its opinion, but that petition was denied in August 2018.
What's Next: As a result of the California Supreme Court opinion, the case is now closed. Another case challenging the microstamping requirement/roster, Pena v. Lindley (Horan), may be heard by the Supreme Court.

Case Status: The federal district court upheld the Roster in 2015. Plaintiffs appealed, and oral arguments were held on March 16, 2017. NRA and CRPA filed an amicus brief in the case on July 27, 2015. On August 3, 2018, the Ninth Circuit upheld the Roster.
What's Next: Plaintiffs docketed their petition for writ of certiorari to the U.S. Supreme Court on January 3, 2019. It is now up to the Supreme Court to determine whether it will take or decline the case.

I recall this story of some meeting where everyone was trying to incite each other into committing crimes. Raid happens and everyone starts flipping out. Turned out it was every 3 letter agency from FBI, ATF, DEA, local and state police all circle jerking each other off trying to entrap each other for months on end.

Reminds me of this article I read about a town in Georgia I think, back in the 50s or so the mayor, police, judges were running the elections and faking the results. Local populace came out in overwhelming numbers so there was no dispute over who won. The police took the ballots and fled and holed up in the police station where the populace laid siege for two days straight and when they surrendered and got the votes, surprise, surprise, the were faking the whole election.

Was talking to an ex army psyops friend over the weekend about the election. He's liberal and thinks there is no instances of provable fraud and that we are being played by "Muh Russia" and China has no involvements.
Even if fraud is real, even if Biden is comped, he'd rather not tear country apart and certify fraudulent results just to "uphold the republic".
