Cases have been thrown out for less. What I think does not matter in the big picture. Neither does what you think. Yes I think the standing thing is indeed BS. Chill your biscuits dude. Also do you have a law degree per chance, if so maybe you can go bring a case. Do you have standing? Maybe you can get a lawyer and turn the tide? I’m just operating on what info is available. There are already other suites filed.... with standing... is my understanding. If your going to have a gavel change an election, it best be air tight. Trump, or someone, is taking careful aim. Unfortunately it will appear as accuracy through volume of fire from a law-fare view.
Oh that’s just a dislike for the attitude man. And honestly lack of big picture thinking. Notice how this case is like a hydra? Cut one head off and now there are several other cases with plaintiffs that have standing? You have to identify the defenses prior to combating them. There is nothing within that case that was thrown out due to merit of the complaint as noted in the decision. You don’t want states suing other states for laws existing in not the plaintiff’s state. Bad precedent could be set. People just see one critique or small loss and lose their shit.
