1 Can of Goya Black Beans (drained and rinsed) 2 ears of corn (cut kernels off the cob) 1/2 Bell Pepper chopped 2 cloves of garlic chopped 1 tbs of butter 1 packet Sazon Goua Con Culantro Y Achiote Salt to taste

Melt butter in a pan over medium heat. Add the corn kernels, chopped bell pepper and garlic. Saute in the butter until the bell pepper is softened (about 5 mins). Add the seasoning packet to the pan and saute another minute. Add the black beans and cook until the beans are heated through.

Makes a great side dish or add to a salad as a topping. Enjoy!
