I'm never voting for a weak candidate again (GWB, McCain, Romney, etc.). If Trump ran again, I would vote but it I would do so under the understanding that it was all an academic exercise because our voting process is corrupt and not credible. I have zero trust and faith in our electoral system.

FBI can always subpoena records. Don't post illegal stuff online, folks.

at 1:29:03 in the interview, Jody says a non-American controls the code to the site who "refuses to give it to the team...the moment he gives it, y'all can have the domain (TheDonald.win)." What's this about?

The procedure and process for voting in 2020 were corrupt. Once the fraud was baked in and results were declared in November, there was a microscopic chance the results would be reversed. You can't put the toothpaste back in the tube. Anyone who couldn't see this was blind or inexperienced with how politics functions.

I watched the election lawsuits with interest and I think Giuliani put on some engaging presentations (should've been more careful with witnesses) and brought credible cases. However, it was all a day late and a dollar short.

We'll live to fight another day. Trump is a transformational figure and has the unbridled support of millions. We're not going back to the status quo (weak Republicans who use buzzwords and focus group speeches). This is a beginning, not an ending.

Without voter ID and verification, voting is a charade and pointless.

Obvious problem is that it'll split the conservative vote between Republicans and the Patriot Party. But Trump is so popular among conservatives that he might just take all the vote and put the Republicans out to pasture.

Just because someone doesn't file a defamation suit doesn't mean it's true. A lot of people avoid the legal system at all costs. It's not worth it in terms of time, energy, and money.

There were plenty of pre-election lawsuits and legal action (see, e.g., Pennsylvania). The actions were blocked by liberal courts, who refused to hear the cases.

If there's no verification and no chance to observe, the election result isn't credible. Simple as that.

We need voter ID. We need paper ballots. Voting should be performed on Election Day only (no more 6-week early voting periods). You should only be provided an absentee ballot if you have a demonstrable need.

First we were told vote counters were "calling it a night" because they were tired and that counting would resume in the morning.

Then we were told that massive vote dumps occurred and were tabulated in the middle of the night, almost entirely going for Biden.

It just seems like a Third World dictator-type move. It's unbelievable. The charts tallying vote counts just strain credulity. You can't fool all of the people all of the time.

There needs to be a mass exodus from Twitter. It should be viewed as the Huffington Post or MSNBC - just a liberal echo chamber.

Gab doesn't have capacity yet. Parler keeps being taken offline and its security is iffy. But both services have promise.

There's also Mastadon: https://mastodon.social/ Haven't used it but I've seen it mentioned as well. I clicked around it and the users seem to be heavily concentrated in Asia. If it can handle a large number of American users, it's all good though.

In addition, there's Diaspora: https://diasporafoundation.org/ I haven't used that either and it doesn't do a good job explaining what it provides.

Here's what I think the future is for microblogging social networks like Twitter: a user has a central hub that broadcasts updates to various platforms (Gab, Parler, Mastadon, whatever) and if a broadcast isn't published on a particular platform, it will still go out on other platforms, in addition to the central hub where users can still go to view that individual's updates. I think Trump needs a central hub where he publishes updates that are also broadcast to other platforms.

They don't have the right to terminate employment for illegal reasons (i.e., can't just fire someone because they're black or female)

If you were peacefully protesting and just in the crowd, that's your right. Find a lawyer.

The whole thing smells fishy. And the coordinated response from Big Tech and the media makes it smell more.

Oh right. Governors and such. In Pennsylvania, I believe the changes by the Governor were unilateral and in violation of state law, which said only state legislatures could make changes to election procedures. I'm sure, though, that the Governor was citing some "emergency" provision because of covid that purportedly allowed him to make changes.

There's a lot to unpack in this latest report. I wish TDW had an in-depth library or "resources" section for detailed analysis.
