Not the same person. Obituary says : died in 2019 at age 98, meaning she was born around 1921 and not 1900.
No we don’t, not until we find at least one person in that list who has voted AND is dead.

It’s just a list of centenarians (dead or not), so far most didn’t vote and the very few who did are not proven dead. We need to find one match to file a complaint
