Yeah, I can see this. Attack on somewhere where the ballots that will prove the fraud are being stored.

That’s a default value which means no date of birth was provided when the voter was registered. Not sure how you can register to vote with a dob but is very suspicious.

I have no clue but I would hope so.

In databases date columns often use a default date constraint value of 01/01/1900. So all of these more than likely did not have a date of birth value when they were entered.
