I would agree that this has to have some benefit to trump. Biden will fire everyone who is favorable to trump who these agencies report to. Also, can't Biden simply undo this change Trump has made with this EO? If so, this change has to have some meaning and usefulness to Trump. I would have thought we would have seen some use of it by now though.

Ok, so which states does this apply to? In NV the dem controlled legislature sent the electors. If a few repubs sent theirs those electors will be thrown out immediately because the legislature legitimately sent theirs. Well, not legitimately, they were made with fraudulent votes, but you know what I mean.
In Michigan the legislature also sent the Biden electors. Didn't the AZ speaker also send AZ's electors? So does your article refer to WI, PA, and GA? In these 3 states the governors, SOSs, and judges sent electors. The legislatures' Republican electors would fall in the purview of the article you have here.

I think I would have agreed with you even a couple days ago, but I think we just need to be more forceful. How did these people get thrown out of all these places for counting? Were they that week? They didn't call any of the cops? They didn't fight back? The answers to these questions don't really matter now. We have learned though and now no we have to do all of these things if they try to steal it again. We need to get active and be pull watchers and counters. We need to have people watching these poll places armed all night long.
Places as corrupt as Michigan may be lost unfortunately. I don't think we should give up on it though. It's only barely lost. This is the first election it's been lost. If we abandon it already it will become a blue safe Haven like California and New York. We need to fight back, unfortunately maybe literally, at these polling places next time.
