yes I heard this, but there are different methods of wiping and how permanent each is. I'm not a programmer, so I'm not going to pretend to know exactly how it works. I think there ARE ways to permanently wipe these though. They've had 4 weeks to do it over the internet connection and even in person in the dead of night.

Before I even comment I acknowledge everything you've said and that I'm about to say is speculation.
I disagree. I think this move says that SCOTUS recognizes the safe harbor date. This is not good. In fact if it's recognized it spells certain doom for GEOTUS I'd say. There's no way all this is going to be wrapped up by Tuesday. The forensic audit in Michigan- which affects all these battleground states and more- won't even have results until Tuesday. Not that I expect they'll find anything on these machines as they've certainly been wiped since 11-4-2020.
Someone on here posted an interesting reply to one of the threads discussing the white paper suggesting none of the safe harbor dates in 12-6 and 12-14 matter. The paper says the constitution recognizes only 1-20. The person on here said basically that this theory is incorrect and while the dates are not in the constitution there's something about how they're federally implemented or written that makes this idea WRONG. Bannon is wrong.
Personally I think all this stuff should be thrown out the window until the investigations are complete and allegations settled on. This is a very serious situation and an unusual one. We all know that common sense can't supersede decorum and all that crap though ::rolls eyes::

This is all well and good. I hope it yields results, but is there anyone in here who doesn't believe these machines have already been wiped? Initially there were reports that these machines could be set to not keep log files. The log files can be edited. These machines at one time were connected to the internet, and there have been four weeks to work on and wipe them over this said internet connection. There's no way they're going to find anything. These people are evil but not stupid. Eric Coomer, the Dominion Antifa cuck whose on record saying "Trump won't win, I've made sure of that." is a nuclear physicist I believe. This is highly likely to be a democrat trick, so the team has to come out and say they didn't have anything off these machines. We might as well get ready for that.

The log files are set to not keep and appear to have been modified." In a sane world this would be it. It'd invalidate the election. I would add to your comments that we should be contacting all these state legislatures HARD I. The dwindling time you've noted. Flood their emails. For those of us who have time, call them. Urge Pennsylvania (and all the other legislatures) to have a special session regardless of what the governor says. We all know that if things were the other way around the Democrats would be meeting and having special sessions regardless of whether or not they're opposing party governors called the session or not. And that should be noted in emails and calls to these senators. Tell them to grow a spine like the Democrats have.
