Learn to cut your own hair or have a family member do it. It's not that hard. People just never get into it because they're afraid of the 3-4 bad haircuts during the learning curve. I learned from books, but now YouTube has everything you'd ever need to know about it.
Seriously, Costco is a shadow of what it used to be. When it started, you could get top line, brand name stuff for 30 to 50% off retail. It was great. If it was on their shelf you'd probably be more than happy with it.
But as their popularity grew, they started prioritizing their profit margin over product quality. So now what you get is 2nd rate, 3rd tier stuff for a pretty good price if you don't care about quality. It's basically a feeding trough now.
The marker for this shift was when they stopped using Hebrew National for their hot dogs.
The only reason I go there anymore is for toilet paper and gas. I'm just waiting for my membership to expire this month and then I'm done.
I'm a mongoloid oriental, and I agree with the misleading terminology. It got all fucked up in the PC/social justice wave that started in the 80s.
It's so problematic because when we say "asian", we all have a picture in our head of what that means, but it allows everyone is "Asia" to dogpile in.
If you confuse the language, you confuse the people.
The oriental cultures are so different too. It's probably best to just refer to your actual ethnicity.
I really don't understand how this emergency powers crap has been extended for so long. Did no legislator in any state think that this aspect of the law as written could be abused? Seems like there should be a hard time limit imposed no matter what the "emergency".
It's been a slow erosion of the American spirit. Patriots remember, but there's enough scared men and women now that this kind of bullshit flies.
I saw the change growing up as the adults started teaching us more and more that safety and survival were more important than standing up for yourself or doing what was right.
We played fair because we believed that the process and at least some of the officials were fair. As has been proven, this is not the case.
What's frightening is that we are clearly engaged in warfare now where might makes right. We didn't start it.
The tie breaker can be thought of as a coin flip except there's at least some intelligence behind it.
Works great as long as everyone has the organization's best interests in mind. If external money and power get involved though you'll get situations where the tie breaker gets paid off or threatened by a dominant faction. Just like Roberts in our SCOTUS.
The parallels rights now between this site and the early nation are pretty amazing.
Yeah, but the militia needs leadership. Zero times has a random uncoordinated uprising ended well.
