Not a legal pede, so serious question here. When does Pence get to decide which electors to accept? Does it matter who certifies it (eg. state leg vs gov)? In theory, could legislators from both parties in each state legislature send their own electors and then the VP get to just pick which ones they accept?
But did NV state legislature send the Trump electors or did NV GOP send them? The NV state legislature looks fairly blue according to cuckipedia so if left up to them I doubt it will be in Trump's favor
Nevada state legislature is cucked. Mostly dem, they may "feel" it was fubar but they certainly aren't going to admit it
Unfortunately, from what I understand, these electors will only count if SCOTUS or the Supreme Court of Nevada rule that their was fraud and they overturn the results. Not trying to be a doomer, but trying to make sense of this myself

My issue with quick death penalty is that it takes away any chance of an appeals process so if your case DID get botched the first time you're kinda screwed. It would likely increase the amount of wrongly convicted being executed

I posted a similar question with no response. From what I gather, it's only up to Pence to decide if there are 2 groups of certified electors. As far as I can tell, these states GOPs are sending correct but not certified electors for Trump while their legislatures/govs are sending certified but not correct electors for Biden. At least thats what it looks like in Nevada. So it looks mostly symbolic, or a signal to GEOTUS that he has our unwavering support across the country.
It seems like some people posting here would have you believe any party's legislators (regardless of their amount of representation in the state legislature) could send their own delegates and the VP can just pick and choose who they want to count. If that was the case then the very small percentage of South Dakota legislators that are Democrats could have sent dem electors in 2016 and Biden coulda just picked them as the ones he wanted.
