I'm in PA as well. Is there a way to check the status of a ballot for someone who voted in person? Or can you only check mail-in/absentee ballots?

I know an older lady registered democrat in PA. She received 6 mail in ballots. Her deceased husband died in 2005, received 3 mail in ballots. And shit isn’t rigged? Please. Democrats only win by cheating.
