So you refresh, nothing, so you try to refresh again. Same thing happens, so you back out, but can't, you keep getting that stupid message. So you then have to enter the URL in your browser just to get back to somewhere sane, the main page. But it still shows you NOT logged in. You try refreshing again, nothing. So you close the browser, clear all the cookies, relaunch the browser, and immediately log in. Success!
This is the long way of saying you can only log in from the main page, and woe be to anyone who tries to log in from INSIDE a comment section.
