Here is evidence of breach of trust. Clearly they look at political viewpoints since even if you grant for the sake of argument that they banned people for advocating violence, they did not ban those who openly advocated violence but had a different political viewpoint.

Also, look at Hirsh Singh v. Phil Murphy in NJ. This could become a precedent. This case actually calls for overturning the NJ primary election based on the claim that the mail-in votes were unconstitutional and that Singh wins if only the constitutional votes were counted.
