I literally never said there weren’t contractors, never even said the majority were company owned. I just said the nice new blue vans with giant Amazon decals are company owned, and employee driven. Which is true. Vans cost money, and paint/decals aren’t cheap Amazon has very low standards for their contractor vehicles, and Amazon delivery contractors have to keep their overhead low to make money which is why they tend to be driving older white non-decal vans. There are tons of “contractors” that drive their own vans delivering Amazon packages, but the all matching same model blue vans that say Amazon on the side are owned by Amazon and driven by Amazon employees period, not only was my wife hit by one but tons of my friends have driven for them until they get a ticket, or find something better.
