Yeah I would go in. Try a different hospital if they don't actually help you and if all else fails go to an emergency clinic sometimes those can be better.

No but you still might have that UTI or abdominal hernia . If you're in alot of pain i would go in and if they try to blow you off go somewhere else. Doctors who don't listen to patients are quacks and tend to get people killed. Also the ER might be good option.
