To be fair, certain electives like band and my HS engineering class were definitely easier when a school can afford to fund such groups. I definitely would not have been as interested in 3D printing if I didn't learn back then with a printer bigger than a fridge for a tiny print volume space. And band is almost impossible to coordinate outside school. I wish that were more common of a thing to join a local neighborhood band (not a few people jamming, but an actual full fledged ensemble).
Depends on where you are. Liberalia? Not a chance they'll just call the cops immediately. Basedopolis? Workers are still 'required' to ask. It really just depends on the person and likelyhood of the workers not being cucked.
A gas station on the outskirts of town? Nope, mask or no service. (After already grabbing my money while I'm trying to pay...) A Fred Meyer in town with a Karen tattling on me like a 5 year old? Cashier called security on her as she was making a scene. (Literally, just kinda sad and embarrassing herself pointing her finger at me in that squeaky Karen voice to a cashier while walking in.)
