Maybe. But nothing was happening in the courts anyway. We saw what happened with the SCOTUS; every member of the swamp was against us getting our day in court, and no peaceful rally was going to change that. All the capital incident did was give the swamp cover for their hypocrisy, but I don't think the MAGA movement is even close to being dead. We took a punch and we're demoralized, but I don't think it's the end. We have to adapt, and adapting is something we've always been able to do better than leftists.
