Dead wrong. Reenlistment bonuses are garbage these days. The only ones who get any good bonuses are the dogshit MOS's that only a retard would want/tolerate. I got a whopping $1600. They don't have the money to throw 5 or 6 figure bonuses at people, and they never will. Even if they could they'd still be hemorrhaging people because at the end of the day, no amount of money will make people want to fight alongside trannies for a banana republic that wants them dead. At least in third world dictators they would ATTEMPT to make their troops feel appreciated.

That's a tall order, though. Doing so would easily cause in-fighting within the military. The more conservative people tend to be the trigger-pullers. You also have to factor in people who aren't really vocal who wouldn't go along with it once it becomes apparent what's going on. Saboteurs would be everywhere. Almost no one would be actually motivated to attack their own people. There's too much indoctrination to undo for that to happen any time soon.
Frankly, I think the best thing that could happen to America is if there was some real large scale war that maybe even produced a major, stunning loss that is a shock to the conscience.
